The UAE Founder uses the information you provide to assess and respond to your Founder Launch enquiry. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

The application asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, experience, business plans and intended customers. You can also provide your location and business name. We record your selected package, modules, quoted price, application reference, submission time and agreement to the application notice. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use and share it

We use your details to assess programme suitability, answer your enquiry and discuss next steps. Relevant application details are available to the people handling enquiries for The UAE Founder and, where relevant to your company setup enquiry, Sharika. Hosting and email providers process information to operate the service. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing or make a payment or booking. We do not sell application details.

Spam protection and essential storage

The form uses an essential session cookie to secure submissions and Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect abuse. reCAPTCHA loads on the application page and may collect device, browser, network and interaction information. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We temporarily keep a keyed hash of your connection address and request times to limit repeated attempts. Google, hosting and email providers may process information in countries outside your location. We also use Google Fonts, which causes your browser to contact Google's font servers.

Storage and retention

Applications are held in access-restricted storage outside the public website directory. We normally retain website enquiry records for up to 12 months from submission, then remove them from active website storage. Restricted backup copies expire within a further 30 days. If you enrol, records needed to deliver your programme or meet applicable obligations may be handled separately. Email copies are managed by the enquiry team; deletion requests include a review of those copies. Server access logs used for security and diagnostics are rotated separately.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, or to withdraw permission for further enquiry contact. We may need to verify your identity and consider obligations that require information to be retained. If you prefer not to use reCAPTCHA, email us directly instead of submitting the form. Contacting us by email is still subject to the relevant use and handling described above.
